"Project Manager: Custodian of the Business Case"

As joint Managing Director for Productivity Profits Pty Ltd,
a consultancy she set up in 1986, Barbara has developed and
facilitated business and strategic management, contract/vendor/supplier
management and change management programmes and projects for
many Australian and International organisations including
David Jones Ltd, Hong Kong & Shanghai Bank, Telstra, Zurich
Australia Limited, Bankers’ Trust, Cable & Wireless
Optus and Department of Defence. She is a Fellow of the Institute
of Company Directors, an internationally certified auditor
for Quality Standards ISO 9001-9003, a member of the Institute
of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia, a member of the Australian
Corporate Lawyers Association, and an accredited mediator
with the Australian Commercial Disputes Centre.
