More details on Membership Benefits can be found below. Individual Membership of PMI Join using the secure online membership facility. You can only apply for membership, renew your existing membership or select Sydney Chapter as an additional Chapter through PMI Head Office - not your local Chapter. PMI Head Office will notify the Chapter of your updated membership status and we will include you on our mailing lists. Individual Membership Application fee:US$129 pa, Membership Renewal fee: US$119 pa. NOTE: At the same time that you complete your PMI membership, don't forget to apply to become a member of the Sydney Chapter (see below). Sydney Chapter and SIG Membership At the same time that you apply for PMI Membership, you should also indicate on the Application which local "Chapter" and "Specific Interest Groups" (SIG) you wish to join. Sydney Chapter: US$50 pa. Please select Sydney Chapter as your PMI Chapter of choice. Membership of the Sydney Chapter provides you with: subsidised activities including Education Sessions, Chapter Meetings, Conferences, Workshops, Discussion Groups, Training and free breakfasts seminars on key industry topics. SIGs: approx US$15 – 20 pa. The PMI SIGs cover a wide range of industry and function specific areas – you may join as many as you want. The IT Industry SIG is quite active in Sydney - they hold a number of IT focused functions throughout the year. If you are an existing PMI member, you can include membership of the Sydney Chapter and/or any of the SIGs by completing the application form and sending it to PMI HQ. Corporate/Group Membership of PMI PMI also has Corporate Memberships which are available through a Group Billing Plan. This site provides you with more detailed information on what is required, but you will need to contact your own Company Management to make arrangements for setting up the Group Billing Plan with PMI or to provide you with instructions on completing your group membership application.
